* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected. Total
snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around a
light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South
Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 10 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
