...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON CST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations of less
than one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Vilas, Florence, Forest, and Northern Marinette County
Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of very wet snow accumulations
and gusty winds could result in tree damage, leading to sporadic
power outages. This appears most likely to occur in far northeast
Wisconsin.
