* WHERE...Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas, Florence, and Forest
Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures below freezing overnight,
the dense fog could leave a thin coating of ice on roads, bridges
and sidewalks.
