...Icy Spots expected again through the morning...

The remaining snow, ice, and slush has frozen hard early this
morning. Areas of patchy black ice have also formed where there
was any water from the melting snow and ice Monday afternoon.
Temperatures will remain well below freezing through mid-morning
keeping the icy hazards in place. Temperatures will warm above
freezing between 1000 AM and 1100 AM most areas, with 40s expected
this afternoon. This will help alleviate the icy conditions.
