* WHAT...For this morning, very cold apparent temperatures as low as
6 below expected. For this evening through Tuesday morning,
dangerously cold apparent temperatures as low as 15 below possible
in southwest Virginia, northeastern Tennessee, and the mountains
of East Tennessee.

* WHERE...Portions of East Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...For this morning's Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST
this morning. For tonight's Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this
evening to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
