AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations between 6 and 11 inches and ice accumulations around
two tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute.
