* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Ice accumulations between one
quarter and one half of an inch, total and sleet accumulations up
to one inch.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning commute.
