...ICY ROADWAY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING...

There are reports of accidents due to icy roadways. Roadway
surface temperatures below freezing due to the recent cold spell,
combined with lingering surface moisture, were resulting in
patchy black ice despite air temperatures above freezing.
Hazardous travel conditions will be possible along area roadways,
especially secondary roadways that may be untreated

Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling this morning,
and allow extra time to reach their destination.
