...ICY ROADWAY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

Given the recent cold spell, roadway surface temperatures below
freezing will result in patchy black ice despite air temperatures
above freezing at some locations. Hazardous travel conditions
will be possible along area roadways, especially secondary
roadways that may be untreated. Motorists are advised to use
caution while traveling this morning.
