* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 22 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central, and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
