...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...A prolonged period of snow with moderate to heavy snow at
times is possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches
is possible with the higher totals expected to affect locations
closer to the Kansas Oklahoma border.

* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...Snow is expected to begin Friday afternoon and continue
through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.
