...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...A high impact winter weather event is expected to occur
this Friday night through Saturday night. Total snow accumulations
of over 4 inches are expected across portions of northern and
central Arkansas. A winter mixture is expected across the
remainder of the state during this time. Later forecasts will
refine the timing and locations of expected winter weather
accumulations.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
southwest, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel is expected to be difficult. Again, later
forecasts will focus the winter weather accumulations and
associated timing.
