...INCREASED FIRE DANGER IN EFFECT FOR FRIDAY 12PM to 6PM...

The combination of low relative humidity values near 15 to 25
percent, very dry fuels, and wind gusts of up to 35 mph will
produce increased fire danger across portions central North
Carolina from noon to 6pm Friday.

Outdoor burning is discouraged. Please consult your local burn
permitting authorities as to whether burning is allowed. If you
must burn, use extreme caution, as fires can spread rapidly under
these conditions.
