expected above 3500 feet.
* WHERE...High elevations above 3500 feet in Buncombe, Mitchell, and
Yancey Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
