* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains, Grand and Battlement Mesas,
Uncompahgre Plateau and Dallas Divide, and West Elk and Sawatch
Mountains.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Friday.
