...Patchy Dense Fog Developing Across Portions of the Midlands and
CSRA...

Areas of patchy dense fog have developed across portions of the
Midlands and CSRA this morning with visibilities occasionally
falling at or below a quarter mile. A Dense Fog Advisory may be
needed later this morning should the fog become more widespread.
Motorists are urged to use caution while driving and prepare for
the possibility of quickly changing visibilities.
