from over Ohioville to near Uhrichsville, or along a line from near
East Liverpool to near Uhrichsville, moving south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up
to 30 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Weirton, Steubenville, New Philadelphia, East Liverpool,
Uhrichsville, Wellsville, Cadiz, Carrollton, Wellsburg, Freeport,
Toronto, Calcutta, Wintersville, Ohioville, Mingo Junction,
Follansbee, Dennison, Midland, Hooverson Heights and Chester.
This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio near mile marker 78.
