* WHERE...Buncombe, Mitchell, and Yancey Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
