...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM PST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
county, San Luis Obispo.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 717 AM PST, heavy rain was falling between Atascadero and
Los Osos with rain rates up to a half inch per hour.Doppler
radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Pismo
Beach, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Cambria, Point
Piedras Blancas, Grover Beach, Guadalupe, Templeton, Santa
Margarita, Highway 101 over Cuesta Grade, Cayucos, Baywood-
Los Osos, Avila Beach, Shell Beach and San Miguel.
