* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois and east
central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 3 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening commute.
