* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts between 40 and 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson,
Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene,
Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur above 3,000
feet in elevation and any mountain wave prone locations, such as
Camp Creek.
