THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 30 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Illinois, east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa, and
northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...More frost or even a freeze may occur again
across portions of the area Thursday night into Friday morning.
