THROUGH 900 PM EDT...
At 814 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from 4 miles east of Salisbury to 3 miles northwest of
York. Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Gastonia, Rock Hill, Uptown Charlotte, Huntersville, Kannapolis,
Downtown Concord, Salisbury, York, Central Charlotte, and South
Charlotte.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
If on or near High Rock Lake or Lake Wylie, get out of the water and
move indoors or inside a vehicle. The wind gusts in this line of
