* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the lower 30s. The coldest
spots may dip into the upper 20s during the early morning hours of
Wednesday.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
