NORTHWESTERN RIO BLANCO COUNTIES THROUGH 915 AM MDT...

At 850 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rangely, or 45 miles southeast of Vernal, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rangely, Massadona, and Blue Mountain.

This includes the following highways...
U.S. Highway 40 in Colorado between mile markers 9 and 35.
Colorado 64 between mile markers 6 and 40.
Colorado 139 between mile markers 52 and 72.
