* At 553 PM EDT, a strong rain band associated with the center of a
low pressure system were located along a line extending from The
Cell to York Spit Reef to near 1st Island Bay Bridge, moving west
at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
waves.
