* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 553 PM EDT, a strong rain band associated with the center of a
low pressure system were located along a line extending from The
Cell to York Spit Reef to near 1st Island Bay Bridge, moving west
at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
waves.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, New Point Comfort, Wolf Trap, Thimble
Shoals, Tue Marshes Light, The Hump, The Cell, Willoughby Bay,
Cabbage Patch, Cape Charles Harbor, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer
Shoal, Plantation Light, Mobjack Bay, Gwynns Island, Poquoson,
Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Hole In The
