...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL MOFFAT COUNTY
THROUGH 100 AM MDT...

At 1227 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20
miles north of Dinosaur, or 33 miles east of Vernal, moving northeast
at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Greystone.

This includes Colorado 318 between mile markers 6 and 31.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
