NORTHWESTERN DAVIE...ALEXANDER...NORTHERN IREDELL AND SOUTHEASTERN
CALDWELL COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...

At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Union Grove to 6
miles south of Lenoir. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Taylorsville, St. Stephens, Granite Falls, Bethlehem, Stony Point,
Harmony, Love Valley, Lake Hickory, Lookout Shoals Lake, and
Rhodhiss.
