FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS...

* AFFECTED AREA...West central Illinois.

* TIMING...From 1 PM to 5 PM CDT Wednesday.

* WINDS...Southwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 to 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
