...Elevated Fire Danger This Afternoon...

Gusty southerly winds around 20 to 30 mph, unseasonably warm
temperatures, and low relative humidity will result in an elevated
fire danger Tuesday afternoon. Vegetation remains dry throughout
the area as well, aiding in the spread of any fire that may start.
Any fires that start in these conditions will have an increased
risk of spreading quickly. Avoid or delay any outdoor burning, use
extra caution with any farm machinery, and fully extinguish
cigarettes or matches before disposing of them properly.
