* WHAT...Freezing rain and freezing drizzle expected. Total ice
accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois and
southeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From noon today to 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Difficult travel conditions are
possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
evening commute.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
