...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Illinois, east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa, and
northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dense fog will spread north of the
Highway 30 Corridor after 8 PM. Areas south of Interstate 80 may
improve from south to north after Midnight as widespread rain
moves up across the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving tonight, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty
of distance ahead of you.
