* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois, southeast
Iowa, and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog will continue to develop during the
night and become widespread bu sunrise Sunday. The dense fog will
continue for much of the morning.
