* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois, southeast
Iowa, and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There could be a few slick spots on area
roadways due to pavement temperatures around the freezing mark, so
this could make stopping difficult. Make sure to take it slow if
out driving this morning.
