* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 expected.
* WHERE...All of south central Texas.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There are lower chances for freezing
temperatures near urban areas between San Antonio and Austin and
for the coastal plains.
