...Light Snow Moving Through The Area Early This Morning...

Light snow is moving into southeast Iowa, northeast Missouri, and
west central Illinois this morning with light snow accumulations
that are generally an inch or less. The main accumulating snow is
expected to end by 9 am though flurries will persist longer.
Despite these light snow amounts, roadways may become snow covered
and slick resulting in the first winter weather driving
conditions of this winter season for some locations. This will
impact the morning commute so allow for extra time to reach your
destination and use extra caution if traveling this morning.
