* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low 25 to 31 degrees is
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Illinois, southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
